Galbrena 2 Wings - Cost-3 Energy on Qiuyuan and Shorekeeper

If we equip a Cost-3 Energy Regen Echo on Qiuyuan, his personal damage decreases, and he can no longer perform his fast rotation in the second or third cycle. This desynchronizes with Shorekeeper's Liberation cooldown: you re-enter Shorekeeper while her Liberation is still unavailable, causing more wasted time than shown in the table. Even using Cost-3 Energy Regen to push him to around 160% Energy Regen is still not enough to reliably sustain the fast rotation in the second or third cycle.
