Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arabwuwa.com, including all pages, public profile features, direct messages, feedback tools, community roster features, account tools, owner-approved private calculator access, My Echoes storage, subscription features, donation features, and Supporters Wall display (collectively, the "Services").

By using Arab Wuwa, creating an account, saving data, subscribing, or donating, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Unofficial Fan Site

Arab Wuwa is an unofficial fan-made Wuthering Waves website. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Kuro Game Co., Ltd. Game names, artwork, icons, character names, and related in-game assets belong to their respective owners.

Site text, layout, tools, custom code, database organization, and original commentary are Arab Wuwa content. You may view and link to pages for personal use, but you may not scrape, copy, redistribute, re-host, or sell our tools, code, databases, or page content without permission.

3. Accounts, Profiles, and Community Features

You can browse many parts of the website without an account. Some features require a signed-in and verified account, including parts of My Roster, public profile features, direct messages, social/following features, and owner-approved calculator access.

• You are responsible for your account, password, profile text, BIO, display name, and saved data.
• Profile fields, BIOs, saved names, and other user text must not contain harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, spam, explicit abuse, or unlawful content.
• Arab Wuwa may block or reject inappropriate words and may remove, hide, or edit content that violates these Terms.
• Your public profile may show your display name, avatar, Arab Wuwa ID, BIO, membership styling, followed/follower relationship, public roster data, liked characters, and favorite teams.
• Your game UIDs are hidden by default and are shown only if you choose to make them public.

4. Messages and Feedback Replies

Direct messages let verified users contact other Arab Wuwa users. The owner may also reply to a submitted Feedback item through the Messages page. Messages are account-linked content and must follow the same respect and safety rules as the rest of the website.

• Message text is limited to 500 characters. Current anti-spam limits include a 5-second cooldown, 200 messages per day, up to 3 images per message, and up to 5 message images per day.
• Message images may be compressed, converted to WebP, stripped of metadata, resized into thumbnails, served through controlled authenticated endpoints, and expired after 30 days.
• Each conversation keeps the latest 100 messages. Older messages may be automatically pruned.
• Messages are not published publicly, but they are not a place for harassment, scams, threats, explicit abuse, unsafe files, or private personal information.
• Users may block incoming user messages from their profile and may block specific conversations where available. Service, feedback, account, or safety messages from the owner may still be sent when needed.
• If a message or conversation is reported, a limited recent snapshot may be saved for review by the owner or website moderators.
• Website moderators may apply message timeouts for 1, 2, or 3 months. A timeout stops the user from sending messages, but does not automatically ban them from the rest of the website.
• Website moderators may request account removal from a message report. Only the owner can approve or reject that request, and only the owner can execute account removal. Execution removes or anonymizes Arab Wuwa website data where practical and keeps required audit records.

5. Calculator Use and Accuracy

The damage calculator is a private owner-approved tool. It was made primarily for the website owner's personal use and workflow, and access may be granted or removed by the owner separately from any subscription.

Calculator results are not guaranteed to match the game perfectly. You are responsible for choosing the correct buffs, rotations, hit settings, enemy settings, weapons, echoes, and options. If a value differs from what you see in game, you should review your own inputs, understand the hit setup, or accept that the calculator may contain an error.

Please do not contact the website owner for general calculator usage help, mismatch reports, build advice, or requests to explain how to use the calculator. Contact should be limited to payment, subscription, calculator access, account access, or serious technical problems.

6. Support Subscriptions, Donations, and My Echoes Storage

Subscriptions are optional support for Arab Wuwa. They help cover hosting, database, maintenance, and development costs, and they may increase the number of roster echoes you can store in My Echoes. A subscription does not grant calculator access.

Subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Arab Wuwa stores subscription status, plan, PayPal subscription ID, My Echoes usage counts, and paid period dates, but does not store your card, bank, or PayPal login details.

One-time donations are optional support only. A donation does not grant subscription benefits, calculator access, My Echoes storage increases, moderation access, or any other account permission. Donation payment success is confirmed server-side through PayPal capture and webhook checks.

• Free accounts: may store up to 300 My Echoes roster echoes.
• Standard support: supports Arab Wuwa and raises My Echoes storage to 600 roster echoes.
• Plus support: supports Arab Wuwa and raises My Echoes storage to 800 roster echoes.
• One-time donations: support Arab Wuwa without changing account limits or permissions.
• The Supporters Wall is optional. A public supporter card can show the display name/message the supporter chooses for the wall.
• Plan limits, features, and pricing may change for future billing periods.
• The website owner may have unlimited My Echoes storage and does not require a PayPal subscription.

7. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Subscriptions renew monthly through PayPal until cancelled.
• You can cancel from the Arab Wuwa subscription page when available, or from your PayPal automatic payment/subscription settings.
• If you cancel, you will not be charged for the next cycle, and the higher My Echoes storage limit remains active until the already-paid period ends.
• If a renewal payment fails, the higher My Echoes storage limit remains available only until the already-paid period ends.
• Existing My Echoes data is not deleted just because a subscription ends, but adding more echoes may be limited if your account is over the free storage limit.
• One-time donations are final optional support payments and do not create subscription rights or recurring billing.
• Arab Wuwa does not offer refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits except where required by law. See the Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to access another user's account, saved data, private calculator files, APIs, or server folders.
• Do not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass technical limits on the website.
• Do not use the Services to store unrelated data, malicious content, spam, or unlawful material.
• Do not copy the calculator, private formulas, database files, or private site logic for another website.
• Do not use public profiles, community pages, or BIOs to harass, impersonate, or attack others.
• Do not submit raw HTML, scripts, iframes, embed code, PHP tags, SVG/XML payloads, malware, phishing links, unsafe URLs, or code intended to bypass website safety checks.
• Do not attempt to bypass upload validation, media limits, rate limits, permissions, moderation restrictions, image endpoints, search filters, or sitemap visibility rules.
• Do not post private personal information, impersonate staff, scam users, threaten users, or coordinate harassment through posts, replies, images, embeds, reports, profiles, or direct messages.
• Do not present leaks, rumors, test data, fan calculations, or theorycrafting as official game information when it is not official.

9. Availability and Changes

Arab Wuwa may update, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time, including private calculator access, My Echoes storage, public profiles, direct messages, community pages, subscriptions, limits, or account features. We may also suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security, abuse, payment, or technical risks.

10. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, compatibility, uninterrupted access, or that saved data will never be lost. Use the website at your own risk.

Guides, builds, Team DPS data, direct messages, feedback replies, comments, and other user content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unsafe to rely on. You are responsible for checking information before using it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arab Wuwa and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or data-loss damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute related to the Services will be handled in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
