Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arabwuwa.com, including all pages, public profile features, community roster features, account tools, Calculator use and cloud saving, My Echoes storage, subscription features, and one-time donations (collectively, the "Services").

By using Arab Wuwa, creating an account, saving data, subscribing, or making a one-time donation, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Arab Wuwa is an unofficial fan-made Wuthering Waves website. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Kuro Game Co., Ltd. Game names, artwork, icons, character names, and related in-game assets belong to their respective owners.

Site text, layout, tools, custom code, database organization, and original commentary are Arab Wuwa content. You may view and link to pages for personal use, but you may not scrape, copy, redistribute, re-host, or sell our tools, code, databases, or page content without permission.

You can browse many parts of the website without an account. Some features require a signed-in and verified account, including parts of My Roster, public profile features, social/following features, and Calculator cloud saving. The Calculator itself is available without a subscription.

• You are responsible for your account, password, profile text, BIO, display name, and saved data.
• Profile fields, BIOs, saved names, and other user text must not contain harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, spam, explicit abuse, or unlawful content.
• Arab Wuwa may block or reject inappropriate words and may remove, hide, or edit content that violates these Terms.
• Your public profile may show your display name, avatar, Arab Wuwa ID, BIO, membership styling, followed/follower relationship, public roster data, liked characters, and favorite teams.
• Your game UIDs are hidden by default and are shown only if you choose to make them public.

The damage calculator is available for public use without a subscription. A signed-in, email-verified account with an eligible plan or an active Owner-granted Calculator Benefit is required only for cloud-saving features. The current Calculator setup and other non-cloud work may be cached only in the browser on the current device when browser storage is available; that local data does not synchronize and may be lost if browser data is cleared, private browsing blocks storage, or another device is used. Saved Calculations, Saved Rotations, Saved Timing sets, and Inventory do not use browser local storage as a fallback.

Calculator results are not guaranteed to match the game perfectly. You are responsible for choosing the correct buffs, rotations, hit settings, enemy settings, weapons, echoes, and options. If a value differs from what you see in game, you should review your own inputs, understand the hit setup, or accept that the calculator may contain an error.

Please do not contact the website owner for general calculator usage help, mismatch reports, build advice, or requests to explain how to use the calculator. Contact should be limited to payment, subscription, account access, or serious technical problems.

Subscriptions are optional support for Arab Wuwa. They help cover hosting, database, maintenance, and development costs. Depending on the plan, a subscription may enable Calculator cloud-saving benefits. The Calculator itself remains free to use. Every account has the same My Echoes limit of 1,000 Echoes, independently of subscription status.

Subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Arab Wuwa stores subscription status, plan, PayPal subscription ID, relevant storage usage counts, and paid period dates, but does not store your card, bank, or PayPal login details.

One-time donations are voluntary support payments processed through PayPal. They do not provide a subscription, Calculator cloud saving, roles, points, permissions, or any other account benefit. Arab Wuwa stores only the transaction and reconciliation records described in the Privacy Policy.

• All accounts: may store up to 1,000 My Echoes roster Echoes. This limit is not a subscription benefit.
• Starter support: costs $1/month and does not include Calculator cloud saving.
• Standard support: costs $5/month and may save up to 10 calculations, 10 Inventory folders with up to 5 Echoes in each folder, 20 Saved Timing sets, and 20 rotations.
• Plus support: costs $10/month and may save up to 20 calculations, 20 Inventory folders with up to 5 Echoes in each folder, 40 Saved Timing sets, and 40 rotations.
• Premium support: costs $20/month and may save up to 40 calculations, 40 Inventory folders with up to 5 Echoes in each folder, 60 Saved Timing sets, and 60 rotations.
• The owner may grant an account an additional benefit of 20 saved calculations, 20 Inventory folders with up to 5 Echoes in each folder, and 20 Saved Timing sets. These limits are added to any active subscription limits.
• Proof and scanner image-upload safety limits are the same for every account tier, including Owner access, and are not increased by a paid subscription.
• Plan limits, features, and pricing may change for future billing periods.
• The website owner has unlimited Calculator cloud saving and does not require a PayPal subscription.

• Subscriptions renew monthly through PayPal until cancelled.
• You can cancel from the Arab Wuwa subscription page when available, or from your PayPal automatic payment/subscription settings.
• If you cancel, you will not be charged for the next cycle, and paid plan benefits remain active until the already-paid period ends.
• If PayPal reports a past-due or failed payment, paid plan benefits remain available only until the already-paid period ends.
• If PayPal reports a suspended or expired subscription, refund, payment reversal, or chargeback, paid plan benefits are blocked immediately.
• Existing Calculator data is not deleted because a subscription ends, a plan is downgraded, a limit is exceeded, or an account remains inactive for any period. When saving access is locked or the account is over its limit, new saves are blocked while existing data can still be viewed and deleted. If the account still has the relevant saving benefit, existing items may be updated even at the limit.
• If an Owner-granted Calculator Benefit expires or is revoked, its additional limits stop immediately, but the same preservation and over-limit rules apply. Resubscribing or receiving an active Calculator Benefit restores saving under the account's current effective limits, and preserved cloud records remain available without reimporting them.
• A verified upgrade applies immediately. A downgrade applies at the end of the current paid period. PayPal handles any billing difference or proration it displays, and Arab Wuwa does not separately provide credits or refunds for plan changes.
• Before deleting an Arab Wuwa account, Arab Wuwa cancels all linked recurring PayPal subscriptions and verifies through PayPal that recurring billing has ended. If this cannot be confirmed, account deletion stops before account-linked website data is removed.
• A completed one-time donation is normally final and non-refundable because it is voluntary and does not purchase goods, services, access, or account benefits.
• Arab Wuwa will review a suspected duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, or clear technical error and will honor any refund, reversal, chargeback, or other outcome required by PayPal or applicable law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights with PayPal or your card issuer, or any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
• Arab Wuwa does not offer refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits except where required by law. See the Refund Policy.

• Do not attempt to access another user's account, saved data, private calculator files, APIs, or server folders.
• Do not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass technical limits on the website.
• Do not use the Services to store unrelated data, malicious content, spam, or unlawful material.
• Do not copy the calculator, private formulas, database files, or private site logic for another website.
• Do not use public profiles, community pages, or BIOs to harass, impersonate, or attack others.

Arab Wuwa may update, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time, including Calculator use and cloud saving, My Echoes storage, public profiles, community pages, subscriptions, limits, or account features. We may also suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security, abuse, payment, or technical risks.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, compatibility, uninterrupted access, or that saved data will never be lost. Use the website at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arab Wuwa and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or data-loss damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute related to the Services will be handled in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
