Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and the individual owners of Arab Wuwa (“we,” “our,” “Arab Wuwa”). They govern your access to and use of the Arab Wuwa website at arabwuwa.com and every page, tool, and feature offered on it, including the user Account area and any tools we add in the future (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are provided as-is for personal, non-commercial enjoyment and information. We may revise these Terms at any time; the new version will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Fan-Site & Affiliation Disclaimer

Arab Wuwa is entirely unofficial. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kuro Game Co., Ltd. (developer and publisher of Wuthering Waves) or any of its subsidiaries or partners.

All game-related names, artwork, lore, and other intellectual-property elements remain the exclusive property of Kuro Game Co., Ltd. and appear here under fair-use and fan-content principles for non-commercial purposes. Opinions, guides, analyses, and rankings published on the Site are those of the respective authors and do not represent the views of Kuro Game.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Original Content

Text, layouts, custom graphics, and source code created by Arab Wuwa (“Site Content”) are © Arab Wuwa. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view, link to, and quote brief excerpts of the Site Content for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit “Arab Wuwa” and link back to the original page. Any other use—including copying whole articles, redistributing databases, or incorporating code—requires prior written permission.

3.2 Wuthering Waves Assets

“Wuthering Waves,” its logos, character names, in-game graphics, and related assets are trademarks or copyrighted works of Kuro Game Co., Ltd. Arab Wuwa claims no ownership and does not monetise these assets.

3.3 Third-Party Marks

YouTube®, Twitch®, Instagram®, X/Twitter®, and Discord® are property of their respective owners. Their names and logos appear solely to link to Arab Wuwa’s social channels.

4. Permitted Use

  • Personal, non-commercial use only. Do not sell, rent, or monetise any portion of the Site Content or game assets.
  • No automated scraping or bulk extraction of text, images, or code.
  • Present our content accurately. Do not quote out of context or misrepresent data.
  • Comply with all laws in your jurisdiction while using the Site.

We may restrict or block access to anyone we believe is violating these Terms.

4A. User Accounts

4A.1 Creating an Account

Most of the Services can be used without an account. Some optional features unlock once you sign in — typically the ability to save content to your account so it syncs across your devices. The exact set of account-only features may change as we add or improve tools. Creating an account is free and uses your email address and a password. Authentication is provided by Firebase Authentication. Account data and saved content are stored in Hostinger MySQL through our Hostinger API. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is stored.

4A.2 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher, to create an account.
  • You must provide a valid email address that you control. Some account features may require you to verify your email by clicking the link we send via Firebase.
  • One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of someone else without their permission.

4A.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately from the Account page and contact us via Discord. We never ask for your password — not on Discord, not by email, not anywhere.

4A.4 Profile Rules

  • Profile fields you control — such as your display name — are subject to length limits and change cooldowns shown in the Account UI.
  • Display names, names you give to saved content, and any other text you submit must not contain unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, or infringing content, and must not impersonate another person or imply an official affiliation with Kuro Game Co., Ltd. or with Arab Wuwa staff.
  • Avatars are chosen from images we provide; you cannot upload arbitrary images.

4A.5 Acceptable Use of Account Features

Reasonable per-account limits may apply to content saved to your account (those limits are shown inside the relevant tool). Do not use account features to store data unrelated to the Services, to abuse our backend quotas, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to attempt to access another user’s data.

4A.6 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe the account has violated these Terms, has been used to abuse the Services or other users, or must be removed to comply with the law. We may also suspend an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

4A.7 Account Deletion

You can sign out at any time from the Account page. Self-service account deletion is not currently exposed in the user interface; if you want your account and all the data associated with it permanently removed, send a deletion request via our Discord (see Section 11) from an account you can verify, and we will delete your data within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

4B. User-Saved Content

“User Content” means the data you generate and save through the Services — such as the names you give to items you save, the configurations or selections you assemble inside our tools, things you mark as a favorite, and the profile preferences you choose (display name, avatar, etc.).

  • You keep ownership of any genuinely original text you contribute (such as a name you give to something you save).
  • By saving User Content to your account, you grant Arab Wuwa a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, display back to you, and back up that content for the sole purpose of operating the account features.
  • We do not publish your User Content to other users, sell it, or use it to train any model. Content saved to your account is visible only to you when you are signed in.
  • We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.
  • Drafts that on-page tools save only to your browser’s local storage stay on your device and are entirely under your control — we cannot recover them if you clear your browser data.

5. Information Accuracy & Disclaimer of Warranty

The Site compiles publicly available information and personal opinions. We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy. Game values and character rankings may become outdated or contain errors.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. You use the Site at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arab Wuwa and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—nor for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising out of your use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arab Wuwa, its owners, and its contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms; or
  • Your infringement of any intellectual-property or other right of a third party.

9. Changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
