Refund Policy

Arab Wuwa support subscriptions and completed one-time donations are normally non-refundable. The website's public features remain usable without paying. A subscription may provide plan-specific Calculator cloud-saving benefits, while a one-time donation grants no benefit or access.

By subscribing or making a one-time donation, you agree that refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits are not normally offered. The payment-error, PayPal, card-issuer, and mandatory legal rights described in Section 8 remain available.

• All accounts: may store up to 1,000 My Echoes roster Echoes. This limit is unrelated to subscriptions.
• Starter support: $1/month and no Calculator cloud saving.
• Standard support: $5/month and up to 10 saved calculations, 10 Inventory folders with up to 5 Echoes in each folder, 20 Saved Timing sets, and 20 rotations.
• Plus support: $10/month and up to 20 saved calculations, 20 Inventory folders with up to 5 Echoes in each folder, 40 Saved Timing sets, and 40 rotations.
• Premium support: $20/month and up to 40 saved calculations, 40 Inventory folders with up to 5 Echoes in each folder, 60 Saved Timing sets, and 60 rotations.
• Owner-granted benefits: add 20 saved calculations, 20 Inventory folders with up to 5 Echoes in each folder, and 20 Saved Timing sets to any active subscription limits.
• Website owner: has unlimited Calculator cloud saving and does not require a PayPal subscription.
• Proof and scanner image-upload safety limits are the same for every account tier, including Owner access, and are not increased by a paid subscription.
• Payments and recurring billing are handled by PayPal.
• Arab Wuwa does not store card numbers, bank details, or PayPal passwords.

All subscription payments are final once processed. Arab Wuwa does not provide refunds because subscriptions are optional support payments and paid plan benefits are available for the paid period.

• No refunds for unused time in the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds after cancellation, downgrade, or account deletion.
• No refunds for not using Calculator cloud-saving benefits after subscribing.
• No refunds because the Calculator or a cloud-saving feature is changed or temporarily unavailable.
• No refunds for dissatisfaction with website workflow, storage limits, or available features.

A completed one-time donation is normally final because it is voluntary and does not purchase goods, services, subscription benefits, Calculator cloud saving, roles, points, permissions, or other account benefits. Changing your mind or not using the website does not create an automatic refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Arab Wuwa subscription page where available, or from your PayPal automatic payment/subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals.

After cancellation, paid plan benefits remain active until the end of the already-paid period. When the paid period ends, new Calculator saves are blocked unless another active plan allows them.

Before deleting an Arab Wuwa account, Arab Wuwa cancels all linked recurring PayPal subscriptions and verifies through PayPal that recurring billing has ended. If this cannot be confirmed, account deletion stops before account-linked website data is removed.

If PayPal reports a past-due renewal or failed payment, paid plan benefits remain active only until the already-paid period ends. After that, new Calculator saves are blocked unless another active plan allows them.

If PayPal reports a suspended or expired subscription, refund, payment reversal, or chargeback, paid plan benefits are blocked immediately.

Existing Calculator data is not automatically deleted because a subscription ends, a plan is downgraded, or a limit is exceeded. Users can continue to view and delete existing Calculator data, while new saves are blocked when saving access is locked or the account is over its limit. If the account still has the relevant saving benefit, existing items may be updated even at the limit.

A verified upgrade applies immediately. A downgrade applies at the end of the current paid period. PayPal handles any billing difference or proration it displays. Arab Wuwa does not separately provide credits or refunds for plan changes.

The Calculator is available for public use without a subscription, while cloud saving requires an eligible signed-in account. Damage results are not guaranteed to match Wuthering Waves perfectly. You are responsible for your own inputs, buffs, rotations, hit settings, enemy settings, and interpretation of results.

Please do not contact the website owner about how to use the calculator, damage mismatches, build advice, or requests to update/fix formulas. Contact should be limited to payment, subscription, account access, or serious technical issues.

If you suspect a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, or clear technical error, contact us privately through Discord as soon as practical. Provide the local donation reference or PayPal subscription ID, transaction date and amount, and the affected Arab Wuwa account ID if applicable. Do not post full PayPal identifiers or financial details in a public Discord channel. We will review the payment records and cooperate with PayPal. Report an unauthorized PayPal payment through PayPal's Resolution Center promptly as well.

If our records confirm a duplicate charge or clear technical error, Arab Wuwa may issue a full or partial refund as appropriate. Arab Wuwa will also honor any refund, reversal, chargeback, or other payment outcome required by PayPal, your card issuer, or applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction, or your right to use PayPal's or your card issuer's dispute process. If a refund is required by applicable law, Arab Wuwa will follow that requirement.

PayPal decides whether any PayPal protection or dispute remedy applies. Donations may be excluded from PayPal Purchase Protection, and Arab Wuwa does not promise that a donation is eligible.
