1. Summary
Arab Wuwa support subscriptions are non-refundable. The website's public features remain usable without subscribing. A subscription supports Arab Wuwa and may increase the number of roster echoes you can store in My Echoes.
By subscribing, you agree that no refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits are offered except where required by law.
2. Subscription Plans
- Free accounts: may store up to 300 My Echoes roster echoes.
- Standard support: $5/month to support Arab Wuwa and raise My Echoes storage to 600 roster echoes.
- Plus support: $10/month to support Arab Wuwa and raise My Echoes storage to 800 roster echoes.
- Payments and recurring billing are handled by PayPal.
- Arab Wuwa does not store card numbers, bank details, or PayPal passwords.
3. No Refunds
All subscription payments are final once processed. Arab Wuwa does not provide refunds because subscriptions are optional support payments and the higher My Echoes storage limit is available for the paid period.
- No refunds for unused time in the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds after cancellation, downgrade, or account deletion.
- No refunds for not using My Echoes storage after subscribing.
- No refunds because calculator access is private, owner-approved, removed, changed, or unavailable.
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with website workflow, storage limits, or available features.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Arab Wuwa subscription page where available, or from your PayPal automatic payment/subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals.
After cancellation, the higher My Echoes storage limit remains active until the end of the already-paid period. When the paid period ends, My Echoes storage returns to the free limit unless you subscribe again.
5. Failed Renewal or Ended Subscription
If PayPal reports a failed renewal, suspended subscription, expired subscription, or inactive subscription, Arab Wuwa may keep the higher My Echoes storage limit active only until the already-paid period ends. After that, adding or updating My Echoes data may be limited if your account is over the free storage limit.
Existing My Echoes data and any existing approved calculator saved data are not automatically deleted only because a subscription ends. Calculator access is controlled separately by owner approval, not by subscription status.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
Plan changes are handled through PayPal approval flows where available. Any billing difference, timing, or proration shown by PayPal is handled by PayPal. Arab Wuwa does not separately provide credits or refunds for plan changes.
7. Calculator Disclaimer
The calculator is made primarily for the website owner's personal use and is a private owner-approved tool. Damage results are not guaranteed to match Wuthering Waves perfectly. You are responsible for your own inputs, buffs, rotations, hit settings, enemy settings, and interpretation of results.
Please do not contact the website owner about how to use the calculator, damage mismatches, build advice, or requests to update/fix formulas. Contact should be limited to payment, subscription, calculator access, account access, or serious technical issues.
8. Payment Problems and Legal Requirements
If you believe you were charged twice because of a technical error, or if PayPal shows a charge that Arab Wuwa does not recognize, contact us through Discord with your PayPal subscription ID and the affected Arab Wuwa account ID. We will review payment records.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction. If a refund is required by applicable law, Arab Wuwa will follow that requirement.
