In this calculation, Sigrika has 137.6% Energy Regen with 2 Cost-3 ATK Echoes. 137.6% is the balanced Energy Regen based on the damage sources provided to all other characters on this page. All characters on this page have 8.6% source damage in their sub-stats (3x = 25.8), and to balance that for Sigrika, 137.6% gives her the same damage source as all other characters on the page. Having a Cost-3 Energy Echo will reduce the damage, and having 150% along with 1 Cost-3 Aero and 1 Cost-3 ATK is the maximum power for Sigrika, but I cannot use that because not everyone will be able to reach it. However, if you do reach 150% Energy with Cost-3 Aero and ATK, then the DPS will increase, of course, and it can go up to 88,000. Remember, getting 150% Energy is equal to 50% DMG Source in the sub-stats. If we calculate it that way, we also need to give all other characters on this page full DMG Source as well, and they will all have higher DPS too.
