Casting this Echo Skill grants the Resonator a Blessing of Time effect that lasts 15s, during when: - The Resonator gains 16% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus. - When the Resonator's Resonance Skill hits the target, inflict 16% Spectro DMG 1 time per second for 15s, considered as the Resonator's Resonance Skill DMG.
