Rate by 25% for 6s (extendable up to 30s via Liberation DMG); or casting Outro Skill removes Snowfall and grants 25% Glacio DMG Bonus to the incoming Resonator for 15s. Only one of these effects can be triggered when Snowfall is removed. |
