The values are calculated with the character at level 90, maxed talents, and signature weapon equipped (Emerald of Genesis).
The Echoes are 1 Crit DMG Cost-4, 2 Glacio DMG Bonus Cost-3, and 2 ATK Cost-1.
Echoes Sub-Stats: Crit Rate 8.1%, Crit DMG 16.2%, ATK% 8.6%, Heavy Attack DMG 8.6%.
These calculations are based on this rotation: Intro, Basic Attack 3, Basic Attack 4, Basic Attack 5 (Crit Rate from Sequence 1 activated at this point), Skill, Liberation, Heavy Attack, Three Ice Bursts then Echo.
The damage increase at Sequence 3 is based on the enemy having HP below 70%.
The ATK buff from Sequence 6 applies to the team and not just Sanhua. If you remain on Sanhua to deal more damage, the percentage will be 160% instead of 148%.
