Phrolova is a 5★ character in Wuthering Waves, wielding a Rectifier 
and aligned with the Havoc 
element. This character was first introduced in Version 2.5.

The values are calculated with the character at level 90, maxed talents, and her signature weapon
equipped.
The Sonata Set used is Dream of the Lost, with a Crit DMG Cost-4, two Havoc DMG Cost-3, and two ATK
Cost-1 Echoes.
Echoes Sub-Stats: Crit Rate 8.1%, Crit DMG 16.2%, ATK 8.6%, Resonance Skill DMG 8.6%.
Phrolova is a character with many variables in her damage calculations. The results may vary depending
on the number of Aftersound stacks she has and the number of Echo Skills the team can provide,
allowing her to use her Enhanced Hecate Attacks.
Calculating every possible scenario would require more than 10 different charts. For simplicity, we
used the average number of stacks she can gain in her first rotation for all calculations.
Having a team that provides more Echo Skills—or only two Echo Skills—can change the results
significantly. These values represent the closest realistic outcome in a single chart without
unnecessary complexity.
The other 2 pieces can be added from the Midnight Veil set, the Havoc Eclipse set or the Lingering Tunes set.

The value of ATK and Havoc DMG Bonus can vary depending on the Cost-3 Echoes used.
The optimal build is calculated using the Lethean Elegy weapon (her weapon), all talents unlocked, and high stats from Echoes equipped on Phrolova. It is very hard to achieve, but it should be considered the best. Higher stats are possible, but that would require near-perfect stats on all Echoes. The stats shown here are based on 5 Echoes, each with the following sub-stats:
– Crit Rate 8.1%
– Crit DMG 16.2%
– ATK 8.6%
– Resonance Skill DMG Bonus 8.6%
– 2 Cost-3 Havoc Bonus Echoes
These stats can be even higher during combat when buffs are activated. Crit DMG can increase by 160% from her kit when using her in the fight. It's not hard to achieve in the Tower of Adversity, but it can also be done in the open world or other long fights.
There is no need for any Energy Regen on Phrolova as her Liberation does not require any energy. If you get some Energy Regen in her Echoes, that does not mean that you won't be able to activate the set. You still can, but the energy itself will have no use.
The Crit Rate shown is 97%, and that's if you have Phrolova on the field and the 20% bonus from her set is activated. If you are not using Phrolova in the team, her Crit Rate would be 77.8% without the set bonus.
You don't need to achieve these stats or the Skill DMG Bonus. You can use this table as a reference to know what stats you need to focus on when building Phrolova. you can ignore 10% Crit Rate if you have Shorekeeper in the team because she can cover the 10% you lost in the Echoe's Sub-Stats.
The Crit DMG Cost-4 Echo is the best option for her, as it provides Crit DMG when you're using her weapon or any other weapon that provides Crit Rate. You need to use a Cost-4 Crit Rate Echo in case you are using a weapon that provides Crit DMG.
There is no set or any scenario where 1 ATK Cost-3 and 1 Havoc Cost-3 is better than 2 Havoc Cost-3 Echoes, so you should always use 2 Havoc Cost-3 Echoes.
This set is designed to work with 3 pieces from it and 2 other pieces from another set. But regarding the 4-cost Echo that you need to use, it must be Nightmare Hecate from the Dream of the Lost set — not any other 4-cost Echo from any other set.
It is not recommended to use double 4-cost DMG Echoes, even if you have Phrolova at Sequence 6. Some might think it’s the best option since she has 60% Havoc DMG bonus while she’s on the field, but even with that, the double Cost-3 Havoc setup is still the better option for her according to our calculations.
Set Comment:
This set is the best set for Phrolova no matter what team she is in or what role she is playing. It provides her with the most important stat in the game, which is Crit Rate, and it also gives her a good amount of Echo Skill DMG — which is a main source of her damage, especially when she is in the Maestro state (after using Liberation), as all of Hecate’s hits are considered Echo Skill DMG.

الأرقام ممكن ترتفع أكثر أثناء القتال بسبب البفات. الكريت دمج ممكن يوصل 160% زيادة من الكت حقها لما تستخدمها في القتال. هالشي صعب يتحقق في تاور أوف أدفيرسي، بس ممكن يصير في العالم أو الفايتات الطويلة.
ما تحتاج أي نسبة من الانيرجي، لأن الالت عندها ما يحتاج اي انيرجي أصلًا. لو طلع لك انرجي ريجين في الإيكوز، لا تشيل هم، راح تقدر تفعل الست عادي، بس الانيرجي نفسها ما لها قيمة عندها.
الكريت ريت اللي ظاهر 97% لأنه محسوب وانت تستخدم فورلوفا في الفريق والبونس 20% من الست مفعل. لو ما كنت تستخدم فورلوفا، الكريت ريت بيكون 77.8% بدون بونس الست. يمكن تجاهل 10% من الكرت ريت هذا في حال الشوركيبر كانت في التيم لانها بتعوض عن الخسارة الي خسرتها في الايكو.
ما تحتاج توصل لهذي الإحصائيات أو بونس دمج السكل. استخدم الجدول كمرجع تعرف منه شو الإحصائيات اللي تركز عليها وانت تبني فورلوفا.
أفضل إيكو كوست-4 لها هو اللي يعطي كريت دمج، في حال كان عندك سلاحها او اي سلاح ثاني يعطي كرت ريت. ولو استخدمت سلاح يعطي كريت دمج، وقتها تستخدم كوست-4 يعطي كريت ريت عشان توازن.
مافي أي سيناريو يكون فيه كوست-3 اتاك أفضل من كوست-3 هافوك، لذلك دايم استخدم 2 إيكوز هافوك كوست-3.
الست هذا مصمم انه يشتغل بـ 3 قطع منه مع قطعتين من ست ثاني، لكن لما نتكلم عن الكوست-4، لازم يكون Nightmare Hecate من Dream of the Lost، ولا تستخدم أي كوست-4 ثاني.
وما يُنصح تستخدم كوست-4 كرت دمج حتى لو عندك فورلوفا Sequence 6. البعض يعتقد أنه الأفضل لأنها تاخذ 60% هافوك بونس وهي في الميدان، لكن حسب حساباتنا، 2 هافوك كوست-3 ما زالوا أفضل لها.
